Josip worked as manager for some of the biggest international corporations in the world (Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson) and founded several successful business ventures. Traveling and experiencing new countries and cultures is his hobby and a passion. As well as writing about things that inspire him.
Academic work:
- Graduated at the Faculty of Computing on the University of Zagreb (on Department of Telecommunications, with thesis on application of Game Theory in Telecommunications)
- Graduated at “Diploma Study in Management (DSM)” program at the Faculty of Computing (University of Zagreb)
- Received his MA in Organization and Management from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zagreb (in E-business)
- Got his PhD from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zagreb (in CRM - Customer Relationships Management)
- For a couple of years held lectures on CRM at the school for market communication Agora

Civil Organizations and Conference Activities:
- Founder and Leader of the Croatian Academic and Business Club(www.hapk.hr))
- Participated on 9 World Business Forums that took place in New York, on which keynote speakers were some of the most influential members of business people in the world
- Organized more than 20 major business conferences including the ones on which business gurus like Jack Welch, Tom Peters and Robert Kaplan visited and had lectures in Zagreb
