Traveling and experiencing new countries and cultures is his hobby and a passion. As well as writing about things that inspire him.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Academic work:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduated at the Faculty of Computing on the University of Zagreb (on Department of Telecommunications, with thesis on application of Game Theory in Telecommunications)<\/li>\n<li>Graduated at \u201cDiploma Study in Management (DSM)\u201d program at the Faculty of Computing (University of Zagreb)<\/li>\n<li>Received his MA in Organization and Management from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zagreb (in E-business)<\/li>\n<li>Got his PhD from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zagreb (in CRM - Customer Relationships Management)<\/li>\n<li>For a couple of years held lectures on CRM at the school for market communication Agora<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Published books:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Co-author of \u201cCategory Management: Effective Response to the Needs of Shoppers in Retail\u201d (authors: Josip Muller, Jerry Singh) \u2013 first Croatian book on category management<\/li>\n<li>Co-author of \u201cCustomer Relationship Management: Increasing Competitiveness Through the Application of CRM Strategies,\u201d (authors: Velimir Sri\u0107a, Josip Muller) \u2013 first Croatian book on CRM<\/li>\n<li>Co-author of \u201cThe Road to E-Business\u201d (authors: Velimir Sri\u0107a, Josip Muller) \u2013 first Croatian title on e- business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Civil Organizations and Conference Activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Founder and Leader of the Croatian Academic and Business Club<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hapk.hr\"><u>(www.hapk.hr)<\/u><\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Participated on 9 World Business Forums that took place in New York, on which keynote speakers were some of the most influential members of business people in the world<\/li>\n<li>Organized more than 20 major business conferences including the ones on which business gurus like Jack Welch, Tom Peters and Robert Kaplan visited and had lectures in Zagreb<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Josip je radio kao manager u nekoliko velikih internacionalnih korporacija (Coca-Cola, Procter &amp; Gamble and Johnson &amp; Johnson) te je pokrenuo nekoliko uspje\u0161nih poslovnih pothvata.
